IRL GALLERY
September 5 - 27 , 2025
Spatial designer EXIT Ceren is thrilled to announce the debut of the first series of modular furniture through an immersive installation. “EXITRoom003: Pixel Theory” launches on September 5 in collaboration with IRL Gallery during NYC Art Week. Known for her project EXIT, where she focuses on spatial design, the designer now turns her attention to the fundamental building block of crisp, high-resolution imagery — the pixel. Treated as both unit and universe, a singular square with infinite potential, the pixel becomes the conceptual core of the series. By translating this inherently two-dimensional element into three dimensions, the installation creates a distinctive, immersive environment. Set within a monochromatic, pixelated baby-blue landscape, the modular furniture pieces take shape directly from their digital origins. Across seating, lighting, and tables, the collection proposes objects that function as collectible design while simultaneously forming part of a larger grid of permutations. Referencing early video game aesthetics, the series collapses logic and play, function and imagination, into an open-ended investigation of form and resolution. The project features collaborations with renowned studios and artists including 6:AM, Edoardo Cozzani, and Alberto Essesi.
